Pumpkin smoothie bowl
In winter it is nice to eat warming meals. This starts with your breakfast! Try this heart-warming pumpkin smoothie bowl. Tasty and healthy!
What you need (for one portion)
- 70 grams boiled (or steamed) flesh pumpkin
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp curcuma
- 1/2 to 1cm freshly grated ginger
- 1 tbsp almond paste
- 150 ml vegetable based milk (such as almond milk)
Toppings (optional)
- handful of pumpkin seeds
- chopped dried fig
- 1/2 tbsp grated coconut

How to make it
Place all ingredients, except for the toppings, in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and decorate with the toppings above or your own toppings. Enjoy!
