Cucumber chickpea salad

What you need (for 4 persons)

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 can chickpeas (400 grams, preferably organic, drained)
  • little chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 clove of garlic (chopped)
  • 1 cucumber in pieces
  • 100 grams of spinach leaves
  • salt & pepper

How you make it

Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the chickpeas, chilli powder, cumin and garlic. Bake for 3 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Mix everything with the cucumber and the spinach leaves. Enjoy!
