Brussel sprouts from the oven

You can prepare these Brussels sprouts from the oven from coach Fleur with sweet potato and sun-dried tomatoes from the oven. Very simple, super fast and also delicious.

What do you need (for two people)

  • 500 grams of Brussels sprouts
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 8-10 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • balsamic vinegar & olive oil

How you make it

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Then cut the sweet potatoes into wedges, the sun-dried tomatoes into strips and the garlic into thin slices. Place everything on a baking tray and drizzle with balsamic vinegar & olive oil (about 2 tablespoons each). If necessary, add salt and pepper for extra taste and then place it in the oven. Bake everything in the oven for 35 minutes (do not forget to scoop 1-2 times in between).

Tip: Make an extra portion for lunch the next day. It is also delicious cold.
